Ceramic coating forms a protective layer on the cars surface. It is a liquid polymer that binds to your cars paint and with proper maintenance lasts years beyond any wax or hybrid sealant can.
It is hydrophobic, preventing contaminants from bonding to your vehicles paint. It adds depth and gloss into the paint, protects the clear coat from UV rays, and makes maintaining your car much easier in the long run.
Unlike a traditional wax that will naturally wear off with use, a ceramic can only be completely removed with professional wet sanding and polishing.
Like any product, ceramic has its limitations. It will not fill in scratches or swirls which is why we only offer ceramic coating with our correction packages. Applying a coating to paint that has not been corrected would seal in unwanted swirls and contaminants.
It is also not completely resistant to improper washing techniques, automatic car wash damage or rock chips. You will still need to regularly wash your car but the ceramic coating makes the maintenance washes fast and effortless, and preserves your paint long-term.
The amount of heavy paint corrections a vehicle can receive in its lifetime are limited, so ceramic coating after having a correction completed is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
